Volleyball Recap: Brawley Falls Short of High Tech CV in the Playoffs

Brawley and High Tech CV squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Brawley had to settle for second. They came up short against the Bruins, falling 3-0. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Brawley was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into High Tech CV's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-22.

Brawley's loss dropped their record down to 7-23. As for High Tech CV, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-14 record this season.

Brawley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for High Tech CV, they will square off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
