Basketball Recap: Three Way vs. Bluff Dale Bobcats
This season hasn't been kind to Three Way, who are still winless after their 16th contest. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 31-30 to Bluff Dale. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Three Way in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now lost four in a row.
Leading Bluff Dale to victory were Kallie Dotson and Allie Morris. Dotson scored four points along with eight rebounds and four steals, while Morris scored 14 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Bekah Gannon, who scored five points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Three Way dropped their record down to 0-16 with that loss, which was their 20th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bluff Dale, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-15.
Three Way does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bluff Dale will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gorman's defense has only allowed 24.2 points per game this season, so the Bobcats' offense will have their work cut out for them.
