Soccer Game Preview: Forsyth Central vs. Lambert + Official Tickets

The Forsyth Central Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Lambert Longhorns at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Forsyth Central is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Forsyth Central's offense. They came up short against Jackson County on Tuesday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Forsyth Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Jackson County are ranked 89th).

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Lambert made sure to put some goals up on the board against Discovery on Tuesday. They blew past the Titans 4-0. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Lambert's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

The win made it two in a row for Lambert and bumps their season record up to 3-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Forsyth Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
