Football Recap: North Comes Up Short

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 41-8 loss at the hands of the Harrison Central Huskies.

Despite the loss, North still got an impressive performance from Jaden Wardlaw, who picked up 129 receiving yards and one touchdown.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Harrison Central, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Garfield at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The contest will give the Vikings their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Harrison Central, they will challenge Weir at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
