Volleyball Recap: Trinity Collegiate Takes a Loss

Trinity Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Hilton Head Christian Academy Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Trinity Collegiate took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20, 25-21.

Trinity Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Hilton Head Christian Academy, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-12-2.

Coincidentally, Trinity Collegiate and Hilton Head Christian Academy will both be playing John Paul II the next time they take the court. The Eagles will host the Golden Warrriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
