Volleyball Recap: Window Rock Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Window Rock extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping them down to 17-9. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tuba City Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 last Saturday.

As for Tuba City, they pushed their record up to 21-9-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory they have posted since September 6th.

Tuba City found their leader in freshman Alyssa Blackhat, who had 22 digs. Those 22 digs set a new season-high mark for Blackhat.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Window Rock will take on rival Chinle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Tuba City is set to challenge their familiar foe Ganado at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
