Baseball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

Northside and Perrin-Whitt squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Northside had to settle for second. They came up short against the Pirates, falling 15-0. The Indians have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Perrin-Whitt, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

While Northside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
