Recap: R.J. Reynolds vs. Glenn
You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for the Glenn Bobcats on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 74-31 win over the R.J. Reynolds Demons on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 46-14.
The victory was the 10th in a row for Glenn and raised their record to 20-1. This is the second loss in a row for R.J. Reynolds and nudges their record down to 7-15.
The Bobcats are on the road again on Friday and play against West Forsyth. Glenn won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings. As for R.J. Reynolds, they will face off against East Forsyth on Friday. R.J. Reynolds is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one.
