Volleyball Recap: Crawfordsville Comes Up Short

Crawfordsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Harrison Raiders. If the Athenians were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Raiders when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-14, 25-7.

Among those leading the charge was Luke Baker, who had five digs and four aces.

Crawfordsville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Harrison, the win keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Crawfordsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Terre Haute North Vigo on the 17th. As for Harrison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Homestead on the 12th.
