Moses Brown found their leader in underclassman Lauren Bousquet, who dropped a triple-double on 20 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bousquet has scored at least 25% of Moses Brown's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelynn Perez, who scored 14 points along with six steals.
Moses Brown's win was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 20.07 points. As for Mt. Hope, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
Moses Brown will challenge Tiverton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tiverton will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Rhode Island Rankings (they are ranked 39th, while Moses Brown is ranked first). As for Mt. Hope, they will be playing at home against Cranston East at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
