After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Preble Shawnee, Ansonia was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 54-19 victory over the National Trail Blazers. The Tigers have beaten the Blazers the last nine times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Blazers has come to flipping the script.

Ansonia now has a winning record of 2-1. As for National Trail, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
