Princeville is 9-1 against Stark County since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Princeville Princes will be playing in front of their home fans against the Stark County Rebels at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Monday, Princeville was beaten by Wethersfield 75-37. The Princes haven't had much luck with the Flying Geese recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Stark County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 56-29 loss at the hands of Abingdon/Avon. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 440th, while the Tornadoes are ranked 54th).

Stark County's loss dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Princeville, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.

Princeville beat Stark County 54-41 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Will Princeville repeat their success, or does Stark County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
