Basketball Recap: Tripoli Takes a Loss

Tripoli was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Dunkerton Raiders, falling 104-38. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Raiders from their previous meeting back in January.

Tripoli's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Dunkerton, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tripoli will head out to square off against Clarksville at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Tripoli is facing Clarksville at the right time seeing as Clarksville is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dunkerton, they will head out on the road to take on Janesville at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Dunkerton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Janesville likes a good challenge.
