There's no place like home for Cannon Falls, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the Lourdes Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Bombers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Cannon Falls never let Lourdes on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-10, 25-22.

Cannon Falls' offense was headlined by Emma Templin and Claire Meyers, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from LIbby Sampson and her 30 assists. Meyers was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Cannon Falls is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Lourdes, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

Cannon Falls has already played their next matchup (against Rochester Area HomeSchool), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lourdes, after both having extra time off, they and Goodhue will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
