Volleyball Recap: Firebaugh Takes a Loss

Firebaugh lost against Lynwood back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered against the Knights since May 18, 2021.

Firebaugh has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Lynwood, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Firebaugh will face off against rival Mayfair at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lynwood is set to take on their familiar foe La Mirada at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
