Soccer Recap: Wauwatosa East Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wauwatosa East can now relate to. They fell just short of the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

Wauwatosa East's loss dropped their record down to 8-10-2. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-2 record this season.

Wauwatosa East does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, they will face off against Pewaukee on Saturday. Pewaukee will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something New Berlin Eisenhower surely won't give up without a fight.
