Baseball Recap: Riverdale Gets the Win

Riverdale saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They came out on top against Ascension Christian by a score of 5-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rebels.

Riverdale's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Ascension Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Riverdale didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-4 victory against Holden on the 12th. As for Ascension Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-6 win against A.J. Ellender on the 12th.
