Baseball Game Preview: Clinton Red Tornadoes vs. Altus Bulldogs

The Clinton Red Tornadoes will challenge the Altus Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Clinton and four for Altus.

Clinton lost 18-1 to Weatherford on Tuesday.

Clinton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Vince Jones, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Jones also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Meanwhile, Altus fell victim to Elgin and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Owls, falling 10-0.

Altus' loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Clinton, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
