Volleyball Recap: South Bend Career Academy Takes a Loss

South Bend Career Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeland Christian Academy Cougars. The Trailblazers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

South Bend Career Academy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-20, 27-25, 25-12.

South Bend Career Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Lakeland Christian Academy, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-16.

South Bend Career Academy has already played their next contest (against Whitko), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lakeland Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
