Basketball Recap: Flat Rock Takes a Loss

Flat Rock was the 63-55 winner over Lincoln Park when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Flat Rock Rams opened the new year with a less-than-successful 61-48 defeat to the Lincoln Park Railsplitters. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Flat Rock's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lincoln Park, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Flat Rock will head out to take on Northview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Flat Rock is facing Northview at the right time seeing as Northview is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lincoln Park, they will be playing at home against Advanced Tech Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Advanced Tech Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
