After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Beauregard, Valley was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Lanett Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Lanett, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Looking ahead, Valley will venture away from home to challenge Elmore County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lanett, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Reeltown on the 25th.
