Basketball Game Preview: William & Reed Academy Warriors vs. North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe

The William & Reed Academy Warriors will venture away from home to square off against the North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. William & Reed Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Tuesday, everything went William & Reed Academy's way against Non Varsity Opponent as William & Reed Academy made off with a 47-26 win. That looming 47-26 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

Among those leading the charge was Cameron Bain, who posted 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Cockerham, who earned 11 points.

Meanwhile, North Georgia HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 68-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of White Creek Christian Academy. While the Tribe didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 20-9 in the first quarter.

North Georgia HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for William & Reed Academy, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

William & Reed Academy might still be hurting after the 62-38 loss they got from North Georgia HomeSchool in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can William & Reed Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
