Softball Recap: Knox Central Has No Trouble Against Lincoln County

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Knox Central). They blew past the Lincoln County Patriots 19-8 on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Knox Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Lincoln County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Knox Central will head out to challenge Grainger at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln County, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Somerset Christian at 6:00 p.m.
