Soccer Recap: Purdue Polytechnic Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Beech Grove on Tuesday, Purdue Polytechnic came back down to earth. The Techies lost 4-0 to the Indianapolis Arsenal Technical Titans on Thursday. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Purdue Polytechnic it sure didn't stay that way.

Purdue Polytechnic's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-5. As for Indianapolis Arsenal Technical, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4.

Indianapolis Arsenal Technical wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Heritage Christian on the 22nd. Hopefully Purdue Polytechnic paid attention to the Titans' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
