After a string of four wins, Hebron Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They were dealt a 72-44 loss at the hands of the Tucker Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lions have suffered since December 7, 2024.

Hebron Christian's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Tucker, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.

Hebron Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Franklin County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Hebron Christian likes a good challenge. As for Tucker, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against North Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tucker is facing North Springs at the right time seeing as North Springs is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
