Volleyball Recap: Melrose-Mindoro Comes Up Short

Melrose-Mindoro was the 3-0 winner over Osseo-Fairchild when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Thunder on Saturday.

Cooper Zeman paced Melrose-Mindoro's offense, picking up six kills. Zeman got some help from Abby Heimdahl and her five assists.

Melrose-Mindoro's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Osseo-Fairchild, the win snapped their losing streak at six matches and leaves them with a 3-14 record.

Melrose-Mindoro has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Durand-Arkansaw on the 11th. As for Osseo-Fairchild, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Whitehall on the 11th.
