Basketball Recap: Bethesda Christian Comes Up Short

Bethesda Christian was the 67-35 winner over Anderson Prep Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Bethesda Christian Patriots received a blow on Friday as they fell 55-37 to the Anderson Prep Academy Jets.

Anderson Prep Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Camron Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. Anderson continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Lincoln Fathauer was another key player, going 7-for-14 on his way to 15 points.

Bethesda Christian's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Anderson Prep Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.

Bethesda Christian has already played their next matchup (against Heritage Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Anderson Prep Academy also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Southern Wells.
