Basketball Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Takes a Loss

Stow-Munroe Falls lost against Twinsburg back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulldogs took a 49-30 bruising from the Tigers.

Twinsburg's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaci Hutton, who went 6-for-13 en route to 12 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayla Cellura, who posted nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Stow-Munroe Falls' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Twinsburg, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Stow-Munroe Falls is set to square off against their familiar foe Hudson at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Twinsburg will face off against rival Wadsworth at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
