Ramapo has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. The Ramapo Raiders and the Newark Tech Terries will round out the year against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Ramapo has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 25 points or more this season. They took their matchup at home on Thursday with ease, bagging a 59-19 victory over Bergenfield.
Ryan Goldman was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Chris Cervino, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Newark Tech earned a 56-45 win over North Star Academy on Friday.
Ramapo pushed their record up to 3-1 with that win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 25.13 points. As for Newark Tech, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
