Volleyball Recap: Fenton Comes Up Short

Fenton lost against Schaumburg back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bison fell 2-0 to the Saxons.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Daniel Garfias paced Fenton's offense, picking up six kills. Garfias got some help from Michael Wrona and his 15 assists.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Schaumburg, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-12.

Coming up, Fenton will venture away from home to take on Elmwood Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bison are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Schaumburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Conant at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
