Softball Recap: Heritage Christian Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Heritage Christian's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Triton Central Tigers on Thursday. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 9-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Heritage Christian and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Triton Central, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Heritage Christian will take on Bethesda Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Triton Central, they will head out to challenge Indianapolis Scecina Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Crusaders at the right time seeing as the Crusaders are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
