Payton Prior Game Report: @ Davis Sr.

It was an underclassman who stole the show on Wednesday as Payton Prior came into the matchup on a mission. She wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her third straight with one or fewer walks.

Coming up, Prior and Rocklin will be playing in front of their home fans against Whitney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Prior has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (she's averaged 7.1 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering the Wildcats have only allowed 3.92 per game this season.
