Legacy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Foothill Falcons on Friday as the Legacy Longhorns made off with a 68-45 win. The Longhorns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Alabama Nieves was her usual excellent self, going 6-for-9 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and four steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Legacy's points. Laila Gines was another key player, going 6-for-13 to rack up 20 points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Legacy is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.9 points over those games. As for Foothill, their loss dropped their record down to 14-13.

As of now, neither Legacy nor Foothill have any future games scheduled.
