Gilbert waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Spring Valley Vikings. The Indians' winning goal came courtesy of Avery Campbell.

Gilbert's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Spring Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Gilbert will face off against Midland Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gilbert's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Spring Valley, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Blythewood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
