Softball Recap: Colfax-Mingo Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Colfax-Mingo's offense. They came up short against the Newman Catholic Knights on Saturday, falling 10-0. The Tigerhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Colfax-Mingo now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Newman Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Coming up, Colfax-Mingo will face off against Belle Plaine at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Newman Catholic, they will square off against Estherville Lincoln Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
