Volleyball Recap: Bayside Takes a Loss

Bayside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Kempsville Chiefs. If the Marlins were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Chiefs when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-10, 25-21.

Bayside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kempsville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Bayside will challenge Salem at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kempsville, they will take on Oscar Smith at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
