Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only River Ridge walked away with it. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Sebring Blue Streaks 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Royal Knights in their matchups with the Blue Streaks: they've now won three in a row.

Jacob Hitchcock looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, River Ridge's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Yeager, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

River Ridge's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Sebring, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 20-8.

As of now, neither River Ridge nor the Blue Streaks have any future games scheduled.
