Basketball Recap: Garfield County Takes a Loss

Garfield County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 63-45 bruising from the Circle Wildcats. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Garfield County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Circle, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Garfield County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Circle, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Scobey at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
