Basketball Recap: Summit Atlas Comes Up Short

Summit Atlas and Auburn Adventist squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Summit Atlas had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 95-45 loss at the hands of the Auburn Adventist Falcons. The Orcas just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Summit Atlas' loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Auburn Adventist, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Summit Atlas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Auburn Adventist, they will square off against La Conner at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in La Conner's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matchups.
