Softball Recap: Northgate Flames vs. Rochester Rams
Northgate won against Carlynton last Wednesday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. Northgate put the hurt on the Rochester Rams with a sharp 15-3 victory. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Flames this season.
Johna Abramowicz made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Abramowicz was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
