Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Byron Center). They blew past the Forest Hills Northern Huskies 13-3 on Saturday. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

Byron Center is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Forest Hills Northern, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-12 record.
