Volleyball Recap: Olympic Gets the Win

Olympic won the last time they faced Berry and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trojans walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cardinals. The game was the first time the Trojans have beaten the Cardinals on their court since September 6, 2022.

Olympic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-20.

The victory made it two in a row for Olympic and bumps their season record up to 5-8. As for Berry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Olympic will face off against rival Hickory Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Berry is set to challenge their familiar foe Cox Mill at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
