Peach County took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. They blew past the Crawford County Eagles 77-28. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Peach County was led to victory by Jamar Johnson and Christian Askew. Johnson shot 50% from the field en route to 22 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals, while Askew went 5-for-9 on his way to 18 points along with seven blocks and six boards. Those 22 points gave Johnson a new career-high. Rowan Woodrich was another key player, putting up nine points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Peach County will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Veterans at 7:30 p.m. on the 18th. As for Crawford County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Greenville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
