Soccer Recap: South Houston Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, South Houston finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Dobie Longhorns. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Trojans it sure didn't stay that way.

South Houston's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 9-3. As for Dobie, they pushed their record up to 8-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, South Houston will take on Pasadena Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dobie, they will square off against Sam Rayburn at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
