Soccer Game Preview: Corry vs. Eisenhower

Corry hasn't had much luck against Eisenhower recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Beavers will be playing at home against the Knights at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Corry is looking to pick up the season's first win, something they couldn't quite do against Saegertown on Wednesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Corry's goal came courtesy of Roman Kaferlin, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Eisenhower's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mercyhurst Prep on Wednesday.

Corry's draw gives them a new season record of 0-10-1. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Corry might still be hurting after the 5-2 defeat they got from Eisenhower when the teams last played on September 4th. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Beavers were down 3-0.
