Lockhart and Hays are an even 2-2-3 against one another since January of 2022, but likely not for long. The Lions will challenge the Hawks at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Lockhart's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

It was a proper cat-fight when Lockhart duked it out with Liberty Hill on Friday. The Lions fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1.

Lockhart's goal came courtesy of Antonio Rios, who's now up to seven this season.

Meanwhile, Hays fell victim to Rouse and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 4-0. Hays haven't had much luck with Rouse recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Lockhart's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-3-1. As for Hays, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
