Soccer Recap: Tustin Takes a Loss

Tustin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Orange Panthers. Tustin were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Orange apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Tustin's goal came courtesy of Oscar Quezada, who's now up to two this season.

Tustin's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Orange, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-3-1.

Coming up, Tustin will venture away from home to take on Godinez Fundamental at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give Tustin their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Orange, they will welcome Sonora at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
