Penn Cambria had won two straight road games and Madelyn Kittell did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Panthers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers, sneaking past 3-2 for which the team can thank Kittell, who had 34 assists and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 18 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Penn Cambria who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 19-25, 29-27, 22-25, 15-11.

Penn Cambria's win bumped their record up to 11-6-1. As for Westmont Hilltop, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-8.

Looking ahead, Penn Cambria will host Hollidaysburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westmont Hilltop, they will take on Greater Johnstown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
