It was a good run, but Arroyo Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Indio Rajahs.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Arroyo Valley still got an impressive performance from Monserrat Arredondo, who had 17 assists and three aces. Arredondo has been hot recently, having posted three or more aces the last four times she's played.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Indio to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anitzi Zarco, who had 20 digs and three aces.

Arroyo Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Indio, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Arroyo Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against San Bernardino on the 26th. As for Indio, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against La Quinta on the 25th.
