St. Marys has gone 8-2 against Silver Lake recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, both will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. St. Marys has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

St. Marys is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped two weeks ago as they easily beat Maranatha Christian Academy 77-48.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Silver Lake, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They came out on top against Hiawatha by a score of 70-57 two weeks ago. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Red Hawks are ranked 128th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Silver Lake's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. As for St. Marys, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

St. Marys came up short against Silver Lake when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 67-55. Can St. Marys avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
